Blonde is several generations of our breeding. Her traits are representative of our breeding goals. Blonde’s mental make-up is great. She has plenty of drive but very biddable and extremely easy to train. She is extremely easy to handle. Her natural range is short to medium. She requires very little handling and adapts her range to the cover.

Blonde has been an exceptional producer. Her pups have consistently been great around game from a very young age and they are natural retrievers. They are also great companions with a pleasing disposition.

Bill is one of the most naturally gifted dogs we have ever seen. He has an exceptional nose / absolutely elite manners around game and his application was excellent at a very early age. He pointed 4 coveys on his first walk on the prairie and we took a bird over each point while he stood perfectly. Bill never looked back. He pointed multiple species that first year including numerous ruffed grouse. He was even handling running birds well half-way into the first season.

He also has incredible style and biddability making him even more of a pleasure to hunt over. He is an ideal physical specimen and a real great companion too. He checks every box we could want in a stud dog.

Rory was a natural from day one. Her application is great which produces lots of finds and she handles birds well too. She is a small to medium size female with great athleticism as style. She is out of RU/CH Northwoods Nirvana and Berg Brothers Franke. We have used Nirvana at stud several times and consistently produced bird finders with a great mental make-up. Franke is a bird finder extraordinaire and she produced exceptional pups as well. Rory has a brother that is already a multiple NSTRA Champion and the other offspring are impressive bird dogs and family companions. Rory’s first litter followed in the tradition of great producers.
